“This grocery store is on the more expensive/upscale side, but with the Lowe's foods app and digital coupons, deals can be found. The quality is always the best. The delivery and seating area in the beer garden are great for sitting down to have lunch or just take a break with a snack and a drink.”

“The shelves are stocked very neatly and this store was clean and orderly. The staff are very friendly and attentive. All staff wore masks, but sadly, only about 50% of customers wore them :-/. This is despite the signage at the entrance. A few of the advertised items were out of stock.”
“My last review was not long ago. I don’t know if they hired all new staff or what, but it’s improved a bit. The store is stocked well and the staff have better attitudes. I would not recommend shopping there on a hot day, though, because the air conditioning is only subpar.”

“I was on Bald Head for my 70th birthday, and as I took the ferry home from Southport to Kure Beach I realized I had left my favorite comfortable jacket in the maritime market store while I tried on a sweatshirt. I called when I got home, but no jacket had been found. I left my phone number but never expected to hear anything. Imagine my surprise when 8 days later I got a call from Gabrielle, it had been hung up and just found today. She arranged to send it across from Bald Head to the Southport Ferry terminal, via a co-worker, whose name I don't know, but a special thanks to her as well, where I just received it. My favorite jacket is now an extra special jacket with a story. Such wonderful customer service is a gift I received for my 70th birthday. Thank you all again.”
