Toni Carlton, owner, curator, and artist of Carlton Gallery celebrated 40 years in business in 2022. This is a fine art and contemporary craft gallery in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. We are located in Grandfather Community, Banner Elk, outside of Boone.
Carlton Gallery began as a weaving studio in 1982 and quickly became a fine art gallery featuring local artist in all mediums. Toni Carlton, first known as a fiber artist expanded her art into mixed media paintings. Carlton Gallery has a fine collection of glass, wood, paintings, clay, sculpture, jewelry, and fiber.
