Banner Elk Self Storage is by far the best facility in the area. Aaron and Haley make renting and using the storage units a breeze. It is the cleanest and best maintained facility I have ever used. I highly recommend using them.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible, with clear signage and ample space for loading and unloading. I especially appreciate the security measures, which give me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.

The facilities are awesome. Everyone is so nice and always welcoming. We have 2 units to facilitate our move from Florida. Knowing our belongings were safe was a big relief. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
