4 Seasons at Beech Mountain is a hotel that offers a nostalgic, mid-century vibe to its guests. While the rooms may be in need of some updates, the hotel's staff, particularly the General Manager Dale, are praised for their outstanding customer service and warm demeanor. The rooms are clean, with amenities like paper towels, nice towels, soap, and even makeup remover. The hotel also features a toaster and coffee pot, and the views from the property are simply beautiful. Though the hotel lacks air conditioning, it provides ceiling and box fans to keep guests comfortable. Despite the hotel's dated decor, guests appreciate the hotel's charm and the fact that it is not a deliberate design choice, but rather a reflection of the era in which it was built. The hotel is well-suited for families and adventure-seekers, with its proximity to various trails, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, and Sugar Mountain. Overall, 4 Seasons at Beech Mountain offers a comfortable and economic stay, with a focus on providing a great experience for guests who are more interested in exploring the great outdoors than spending time in the hotel.
Great location and price... Older hotel but the serviand attention were great... Clean rooms and beds are good also.

All the stars go to Dale, the General Manager of this hotel. He made our entire Christmas stay truly pleasant — not only incredibly knowledgeable, but genuinely caring. While the rooms themselves may need some improvement, it’s the staff who truly make the experience, and Dale absolutely covers it all. Thank you!
