“We were impressed with the 50 Flooring consultation process with sales rep. Kevin Medina. Kevin was knowledgeable about the company and products. He was also very personable, and did a great job listening to what we wanted, then going over options to help us find the perfect flooring solution for our home. No high pressure sales tactics, just a relaxed and pleasant experience. We were able to schedule the project on a timetable convenient to our busy schedules and are looking forward to our new flooring!”
“Handsels gave us great customer service & a quality product. The installers were fast and efficient. I was convinced that a BIG chain store would offer a better price & quicker service, BUT that was not the case. My husband wanted the job to be done by a LOCAL business & we price compared & Family OWNED Handsels Flooring offered the best all around - Price & Product, We will refer everyone to this establishment! Thank you for a Great experience!!”
“It's a long story honestly and I ended up returning the item I paid for before it was delivered (like within 20 min) but I can not begin to tell you the kind and compassionate service I received from these folks. They truly SERVE their customers and are an asset to our community. They were ALL so sincere and just amazing. John even wished me a wonderful day (sincerely) after I changed my mind on my purchase. I will definitely recommend them and hope to purchase from them in the future.”
