Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. “I had a bad experience where movers lost the screws to my bedroom set. I had purchased the bedroom set from Tavares at House To Home Furnishings last year. I was not sure what I was going to do but I went to see Tavares there and he ordered the hardware pack for my bedroom set and had one of his staff come assemble my bed and dresser and mirror. Not only did Tre’ assemble my bed, he arranged my bedroom set in the perfect way. I was so happy and excited to finally have my bed back after waiting a month as I did not have the idea to go to Tavares for a couple of weeks after the movers left my room in complete disarray. “I had an appointment (delivery) for 8:00 AM 11/12, but the broker did not provide this information to the shipper. And accordingly, I was not in their schedule for that day. The appointment was postponed to 11/13 at 6:00 AM. In this situation, the shipper is not to blame. Check with your brokers that you are on the schedule. And you will also be asked for a confirmation number of 8 digits, which starts with 1. The staff is very polite and friendly (Michel Franco). There is night parking, I did not find a toilet. Check in at 6:00, doors at 6:05, papers 7:20”

As a pottery painting studio owner, they continue to have new items each month. The website has a good search engine to find the pottery piece I’m looking for but don’t quite remember the name.
Also, Elizabeth in customer service/ sales is an incredible communicator. She is helpful, gets back to me with my questions and my damages within 24 hours! Never let her go! Everyone else is wonderful too! It’s refreshing to get a human when I call BI.”
