As a pottery painting studio owner, they continue to have new items each month. The website has a good search engine to find the pottery piece I’m looking for but don’t quite remember the name.
Also, Elizabeth in customer service/ sales is an incredible communicator. She is helpful, gets back to me with my questions and my damages within 24 hours! Never let her go! Everyone else is wonderful too! It’s refreshing to get a human when I call BI.”

“I want to tell you how extremely happy we are that Josh and Robert helped us to pick the perfect sleep number bed. Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. This was wonderful as I HATE high pressure sales and salespeople. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a better nights sleep to go to the Gastonia NC store and see Josh and Robert.”

There’s always been fans at the front of the store circulating hot air. Not really able to fully enjoy shopping because it gets so hot .”
