The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“Went to Lowe's for some wire cutters and was immediately greeted by a lady at the customer service desk. She was very sweet and pointed me to the aisle I needed to go to find them. Although I was in the right area I had trouble narrowing down exactly which one to consider buying. That's when Ashley came by and I received immaculate assistance from him! He showed me the proper size I needed for the job at hand, as well as a pack of filers I didn't initially consider. Overall a quick trip, but very helpful and I will buy from this location again!”
