“I love my new cabinets! We have a funky hallway laundry room situation and Koren was able to maximize the limited space and now we can better utilize the storage in this area. I considered making my own cabinets out of IKEA bookshelves and this was a way better option. Great to work with, quick turnaround, happy with the value for the price.”

“I am only giving 5 stars because of this wonderful lady named Jodie. During these chaotic times with today’s upcoming snow storm many workers seem understandably overwhelmed. Jodie on the other hand exhibited the best form of customer service I have ever received. She introduced herself and told us good morning without being asked. She noticed we had a space heater and asked if there were more left. We replied yes and she told us she just wanted to know in case other customers would want to know. Then I asked her where the flashlights were located and she gave me clear instructions. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find what we were looking for in the flash light section. 5 minutes later Jodie came and found us and offered us a better option for a flash light because she noticed we had a baby with us. We were able to get the LED lights she suggested. Jodie demonstrated what community really is during uncertain times. Her small act of kindness has changed my attitude for the whole day!”
“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”
“I recently moved from a home to an apartment and needed to repot a large plant without the mess (as I don't have a backyard anymore). I called the garden center at Lowes at 8192 South Tryon and the very capable and nice Nick answered. He told me to come in and he'd take care of me. When I say that Nick TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING I NEEDED, that's exactly what I mean! He recommended, lifted, pushed, and pulled me into TOTAL SATISFACTION. Nick is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE and for that reason alone, I will no longer be using any other home improvement center but Lowe's at this location. “A big thank you to Franco who helped me find a heavy duty garage door slide bolt lock a couple of weeks ago! Two other employees suggested I try looking at a different store. One suggested Northern Hydraulics. But not Franco! He looked it up online and then personally walked me accross the store to find the exact item I needed, there on the shelf. He then suggested I check out in the back with Micheal, who was more than happy to help me with several larger items that would have been difficult for me to maneuver at the front self check out kiosks. This store is fortunate to have Franco and Micheal working there!”
