“I love my new cabinets! We have a funky hallway laundry room situation and Koren was able to maximize the limited space and now we can better utilize the storage in this area. I considered making my own cabinets out of IKEA bookshelves and this was a way better option. Great to work with, quick turnaround, happy with the value for the price.”
“We could not be more pleased with the design team at ProSource. Lisa and Marc we so easy to work with! They were respectful of our budget. They listened to our needs and desires for the project. They asked a lot of great questions and came up with several ideas which we incorporated into the final plan. When we made changes, they were flexible. At every step of the process it was obvious that they wanted us to be thrilled with the outcome.
Even when things went sideways, as they sometimes do, Lisa remained engaged and gave us good guidance and saw us through the rough spots. That's the real sign of a quality vendor, not how they are when it all goes according to plan, but when it doesn't.
The project came out better than we could have imagined and I cannot recommend Lisa, Marc and ProSource strongly enough!”

She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”

I know I walked around there a good hour, and almost every employee was just the most delightful and professional. They definitely deserve a raise”

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”
“I went to buy tools and faced disappointment. No one is there for suggestions. I approached the salesperson near the door and he was not interested in helping. I showed him the item I was looking for on the app and he said you shouldn't see it on the app instead search on the shelf. While he was talking to me another customer from his ethnicity asked him a question he left me and went with other customers. Luckily I met Max on the other side of the corner and upon discussion I said I would be going to another store, hearing that Max said he would help in finding the tool. He went to the aisle which was shown online identified it and gave it to me. The rating I gave is just for Max and no one else.”

“I recently moved from a home to an apartment and needed to repot a large plant without the mess (as I don't have a backyard anymore). I called the garden center at Lowes at 8192 South Tryon and the very capable and nice Nick answered. He told me to come in and he'd take care of me. When I say that Nick TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING I NEEDED, that's exactly what I mean! He recommended, lifted, pushed, and pulled me into TOTAL SATISFACTION. Nick is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE and for that reason alone, I will no longer be using any other home improvement center but Lowe's at this location. Nick, you're worth every penny they're paying you AND MORE! Thanks Lowes! You helped, I saved!”

“Chad went above and beyond when we left a bed leg on our shopping cart and, after returning to the store we couldn’t find it.
He recreated the piece in less than 5 minutes and compensated the sale, so we didn’t have to pay for anything!!

“These guys were awesome! Very polite and made sure we knew what was going on through every step of the process. Windows were torn out and placed back in within an hour or so (they were trying to beat the rain that was forecasted) they attached them then moved inside to seal them up. Got the exterior trimmed out and shutters installed and finished up just before it began to rain. Beautiful windows with great clarity! Very pleased with the service, thanks Mr. William and the other gentleman of whom I can't remember his name, you guys really pulled the project together!”
