Eric, their customer service guy, went several extra miles to help us and was HONEST with us all the way.
We thought the transmission was broke ($6-7k) but he called, recommended a diagnosis ($75). We found out it was the CV axle and then Eric did something I would never expect. He checked the CarFax report and found out — there was an open recall from Honda for our car — for the CV axle. Not only that. He called Honda, made sure the open recall would apply. Then he called me, made all arrangements with Honda and today we picked up the car completely repaired for only $75 for AAA Car Care diagnosis.
Eric could have stopped and sell me on replacing the CV axle. Instead, he kept digging and was honest.
I only do business with people I trust.
But nowadays it’s so hard to find these trustworthy partners.

“Darrell (from Matthews Towing and Automotive) met me and my daughter earlier in the week to tow our vehicle. It was a cold and rainy night on a busy street in Charlotte. He was so nice, kind and respectful. He called a couple of times (during rush hour) to let us know how far away he was and to ask exactly where we were. When you car has died in the road and you are sitting there in the cold wondering how long it's going to take, that means a lot. He also called to notify us once the car was dropped off. While we were waiting for service, another tow truck came up beside us (driver was nice as well) stopped to make sure we had help coming. Darrell is certainly an asset to AAA and to Matthews Towing!
