“Darrell (from Matthews Towing and Automotive) met me and my daughter earlier in the week to tow our vehicle. It was a cold and rainy night on a busy street in Charlotte. He was so nice, kind and respectful. He called a couple of times (during rush hour) to let us know how far away he was and to ask exactly where we were. When you car has died in the road and you are sitting there in the cold wondering how long it's going to take, that means a lot. He also called to notify us once the car was dropped off. While we were waiting for service, another tow truck came up beside us (driver was nice as well) stopped to make sure we had help coming. Darrell is certainly an asset to AAA and to Matthews Towing! Extremely satisfied, excellent service.”
