She was very knowledgeable about the services and products AT&T provided. She helped me to understand some things on my bill and assisted me with an upgrade. “On a time crunch to make our gate and one of our Tumi rolling bags had a problem. The handle would no go down which was going to make if difficult for the rest of the trip. Luckily there was a Tumi store on the way to out gas at CLT
Daniel was able to find a similar suitcase that had the same handle. Inside of 10 minutes he switch out the handle and has going. Made it to the gate with time to spare. Aria was super helpful. This is GREAT customer service and certainly justifies the expense of these bags. I hope this review reaches the right folks. Thanks you CLT team!”
