“I was having a ton of trouble getting fiber set up at my house - the online system and the general fiber number were not helping. The customer service automated menu even hung up on me a couple of times. Michelle was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping solve my issue!
Also, when I was in the store, I saw Michelle and David helping several older customers who needed help setting up and using their phones. They were very patient and I love that their help was available to those people!”

“On a time crunch to make our gate and one of our Tumi rolling bags had a problem. The handle would no go down which was going to make if difficult for the rest of the trip. Luckily there was a Tumi store on the way to out gas at CLT
Daniel was able to find a similar suitcase that had the same handle. Inside of 10 minutes he switch out the handle and has going. Made it to the gate with time to spare. Aria was super helpful. This is GREAT customer service and certainly justifies the expense of these bags. I hope this review reaches the right folks. Thanks you CLT team!”
“Went in yesterday to get my service switched from straight talk. Had issues from straight talk and was giving the boost employee the run around. I went into to the same boost store today to try again and another boost employee assisted me today. His name is Angel and this man went above and beyond to assist me with my service transfer. He figured out what no one else could. If you come to this store, make sure Angel is there. He’s got you!!”
“I should've typed this review up the same day we went to AT&T because I already forgot the young ladies name but I believe her name is Michelle. On 3/15/26 she helped my family purchase a new phone and apple watch along with some accessories. She was personable and full of knowledge. We noticed the store beginning to get crowded and saw how she remained calm (I wouldn't have!) and greeted each person that came in. My boyfriend had to return to the store about thirty minutes after we got home because there was something going on with his new phone (no fault of Michelle's, there was a computer glitch) and she was able to help him while the store was still busy. Please give her a raise! You must keep people like this because I will make sure to return to this location for future purchases and recommend this location to people I know. Thanks Michelle! It was a pleasure having you help us.”
