“Arrived as soon as they opened, and we were greeted immediately. Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

“On a time crunch to make our gate and one of our Tumi rolling bags had a problem. The handle would no go down which was going to make if difficult for the rest of the trip. Luckily there was a Tumi store on the way to out gas at CLT
Daniel was able to find a similar suitcase that had the same handle. Inside of 10 minutes he switch out the handle and has going. Made it to the gate with time to spare. Aria was super helpful.
