“Cell phone was slammed full and bunged up and I came to get a new one...so amazing to have competent friendly effective human help in getting a new one selected and set up to work! They did not push accessories, etc. and they explained their prompt answers without my having to ask. There were three representatives there and they assisted me and a couple as a team. SO much better than guessing and having to scramble for 20 minutes when I inevitably guess wrong online!”

“Our family plan switched from Verison to AT&T and my phone was caught in the middle. Just before the holidays, I had no phone, in or out, for days. I work and that is unacceptable. My family members and I spent days on the phone with AT&T and Verison without being able to resolve the issue. I went to the Version store which sent me to an At&T location, which sent me to Apple, which sent me back to AT&T. Finally, my son and I went to the AT&T store on Kings drive on Christmas Eve, and Jayden, the sales manager, worked with us for 4 hours until she resolved the issue. She had to elevate through several sets of managers until she finally got the job done. Verison had not released the number and that created the problem. Yea! and thank you Jayden.”
“Arrived as soon as they opened, and we were greeted immediately. Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

“This place ROCKS! I came in this morning not long after he opened. WALKED! My car is down and I walked from the French St Light Rail. I was nervous walking up the sign is missing, I feared they closed. THEY ARE OPEN? They sit next to the Beatties Road Food Lion. The store is nice and new, clean. The young man with curly hair helped me so quickly! He was so kind and friendly. I held my breathe for the cost... I was shook! He got my iPhone which was once an ATT phone an unlimited plan dirt cheap. I even got a phone case, I can't believe how cheap it was!!!! Believe me, im a stickler for customer service and fair dealings across the board. This place needs to start a trend! I am so happy I found them as Im new to this side of town. I desperately needed an affordable phone. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Phone works great! Highly recommended!!!?”
“On a time crunch to make our gate and one of our Tumi rolling bags had a problem. The handle would no go down which was going to make if difficult for the rest of the trip. Luckily there was a Tumi store on the way to out gas at CLT
Daniel was able to find a similar suitcase that had the same handle. Inside of 10 minutes he switch out the handle and has going. Made it to the gate with time to spare. Aria was super helpful. This is GREAT customer service and certainly justifies the expense of these bags. I hope this review reaches the right folks. Thanks you CLT team!”
