She was very knowledgeable about the services and products AT&T provided. She helped me to understand some things on my bill and assisted me with an upgrade. I would 100% refer this store to my friends or family.”
“I can see why they're always so busy here! 1.they always keep up with their mass volume of customers, i shop here frequently and I never have to wait in line very long, they usually have a minimum of close to 20ish self check outs and a couple of normal registers 2. The staff is always so polite, very helpful and very time efficient whenever I need help with missing price tags 3. The store is always organized and clean, been going here for years now and never seen as much as a bug or broken items 4. Customer service center here is always very helpful and very quick! I mistakenly left a few items behind and the store manager Mr.Todd had the problem solved within 2 minutes after I rushed back to the store Highly recommend!!!”
“This place was very nice and clean in the inside. The lady that helped me switch my broken phone for a new one was so kind! I forgot her name but she had red dyed hair and had a gentle charm about her. Everyone was so helpful and the atmosphere was calm and collected. Even when I left, the employees waved goodbye in a cheerful sense.”
