“Just want to thank the manager of the Belmont AT&T store (I will update later when I have a name) for taking the extra time to help me with my phone, which had been severely hacked. I had lost control of almost every account on my phone, and after days of trying several different options, I was running out of ideas and my sanity. After making sure the other customers were taken care of, and explaining the AT&T options available to me, the manager then took the extra time to go through each of my accounts on my phone and help me reset every password from the tablet there at the AT&T office. Eventually, I was able to regain control and functionality of at least most of the phones accounts. I appreciate his patience and knowledge, and his time, helped restore my faith in AT&T again! Thank you!”

“I can see why they're always so busy here! 1.they always keep up with their mass volume of customers, i shop here frequently and I never have to wait in line very long, they usually have a minimum of close to 20ish self check outs and a couple of normal registers 2. The staff is always so polite, very helpful and very time efficient whenever I need help with missing price tags 3. The store is always organized and clean, been going here for years now and never seen as much as a bug or broken items 4. Customer service center here is always very helpful and very quick! I mistakenly left a few items behind and the store manager Mr.Todd had the problem solved within 2 minutes after I rushed back to the store Highly recommend!!!”
