“Really pleased with the ease in which Units delivered a storage container to our home. We were able to keep the unit on site for a month while storing home items during house repairs. The service was first rate, from securing the reservation to delivery and pickup. It was a breeze. We were also pleased to have a unit that was clean on the inside. The doors also sealed tightly, to keep out rain and other outdoor elements, keeping our contents and items nice and dry. We definitely recommend Units for storage.”
“As a consumer I had to find a solution for returning a large item that I ordered that was damaged and fortunately I found Craters and Freighters. I spoke to Sam and she handled everything start to finish. When she was out of the office she still checked email and text messages and had Rick the owner/manager handle everything else and he was great too. Sam went above and beyond and she offered to have them pick up the oversized item ASAP even though it wouldn't be scheduled for production until the following week or longer depending on how long it took me to handle everything else related to the return. The staff that picked up the item were very nice and helpful too and even offered to dispose of the original damaged crate for me. She also offered to print and scan all documents and even helped me complete them. Since this was an international shipment this was a lot more involved and Sam was knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and they were not even the shipping company and only provided the crating yet Sam assisted me with the shipping paperwork too.”

“Overall the experience has been good. We have rented several trucks (3 trucks) from this rental facility 5 times in the course of 6 weeks. If you anticipate picking up on a Saturday morning give yourself more time as they have less staff to help. There was one occasion that they charged us for gas even after we filled up the trucks. Be sure to check your return receipts! I would do business with them again.”
“Great first impression, very clean with a well maintained fleet of rentals. Very polite Customer agent with very quick in and out the door. I also did go when the company opened at 7am , amount of wait time could change throughout the day. The 16' I rented was very smooth and had USB to plug my phone for music. Highly recommend renting for this company, with a 250 mile round trip I had no issues and very smooth feeling for a bigger rental truck. Will continue to do my rentals in the future with Penske”

“We moved cross country from CA to SC. Smartbox has the best rates of all pod style moving companies. Andre dropped off the boxes at the storage facility in Chatsworth, CA on time and without any issues. They arrived on time as scheduled in SC by Randy and were put exactly where we wanted them. Very courtesy drivers and customer service. They are training new CS reps, so call times are a little lengthy, but it's the current situation and should not reflect on the company as a whole. Will definitely recommend.”
