“What can be said, it's a grocery store. It has groceries. And it's a food Lion. Make sure you walk each aisle, as every one is laid out differently. A bit limited on selections compared to other food Lion but they have all the basics. Make sure you download the app and get your coupons.”

? Self-Bagging Is the Standard
• ALDI does not bag your groceries for you at checkout like many other grocery stores. After the cashier scans your items, they are placed back into a cart — and you are expected to bag them yourself at a designated bagging area after paying. This is part of how ALDI keeps prices lower and checkout lines moving quickly. 
?️ Bring Your Own Bags
• ALDI encourages customers to bring their own reusable bags because the store does not give out free bags. If you forget them, you can usually purchase paper or reusable bags at checkout for a small fee. 
? Bagging Etiquette
• You bag your groceries after paying, either at the bagging counter inside the store or as you move them to your vehicle — don’t try to bag while the cashier is scanning as it slows the checkout process. 
• At ALDI, the checkout counter isn’t a place for bagging — that’s why there’s a separate bagging area right by the exits.

“This is the closest Publix to our home which is 30 min away. I always love coming here to see what new or old favorites they have in the bakery. Everything is so good!!

“Aldi's is my go to grocery store now. I did a couple of price comparisons on items other grocery stores and Aldi's had in common and I found Aldi's always had lower prices (10-25 percent lower).No issues with finding parking, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant if needed.”
“Pretty nice store, arranged a little differently from the normal cookie cutter design, but still familiar. Have to check your book bag/knap sack/laptop bag etc now at the courtesy desk upon you entering. But, I still see women carrying purses large enough you could put 3 gallons of milk and a bag of kitty litter in and wouldn't be able to tell they were in the "handbag". So, what's the difference? I mean, I don't care, I'll check my bag, I'm not trying to be facetious or whatnot, but c'mon. So, what if it is a male shopper, and he carries a man purse comparable in size to the women's purses... Does he have to check his purse?”

“I just moved to Mount Holly and I’ve been alternating between Harris Teeter in Riverbend Village and this Food Lion. Their produce here makes me sad (it’s bad) but everything else keeps me coming back. Despite the bad produce, every day items are less expensive here. I like this store.”
“Chester working in the deli area deserves a promotion and a raise. He is one of the most genuine people in this industry. No matter the crowd size he treats you as you are the only customer in the room. This treatment is very rare these days. Everyone else is in rush-rush mode. I think they could learn a lesson from Chester. He also deserves credit for store promotions! Chester was excited for the new tik tok sandwich craze and even welcoming the high number of viewers bringing steady business to his store. Chester deserves great credit for his professional demeanor, calm and reassuring assistance, and mostly for showing that he cares. He is a proud employee and wears it proudly. Any way I can help further the career of this retail angel please let me know. Also to the rude lady shoving bread in front of his face while he was in the middle of preparing my order, you need to retake the customer training class/course. & Chester should be the lead teacher!! Thank you Sir for one of the most amazing veggie sandwiches with a priceless smile!!!”
