“It is the perfect spot for a convenient store to be, lots of traffic needs to pass by this store leave the area, lots of great businesses nearby, lots of nice people; dont forget that it is right next to downtown Belmont. I have been working at this store for a while now as a stock boy. The store has great chances for survival but there are some issues, many of you regulars can see this and there are a lot of you.I could go on for so long but this is just a small review of my own work place (lol). My overall opinion is this store needs change but the right change and it would be perfect.”
“I can see why they're always so busy here! 1.they always keep up with their mass volume of customers, i shop here frequently and I never have to wait in line very long, they usually have a minimum of close to 20ish self check outs and a couple of normal registers 2. The staff is always so polite, very helpful and very time efficient whenever I need help with missing price tags 3. The store is always organized and clean, been going here for years now and never seen as much as a bug or broken items 4. Customer service center here is always very helpful and very quick! I mistakenly left a few items behind and the store manager Mr.Todd had the problem solved within 2 minutes after I rushed back to the store Highly recommend!!!”
“I was having an awful day yesterday. I had 2 Dr. Appts that didn't go well, and I stopped by Walmart to pick up 3 prescriptions. I needed a scooter to use while I was in the store. There was not 1 at the door. I was trying to limp and use a regular cart, but Eric (working the front door around 5pm on 1-15-24) was so kind. He came over to me and told me to have a seat and he would find a scooter for me. He was friendly, and he came back within 2 mins with a scooter. I I used self check out by that same door an hour later. He came over to see if I was OK. I told him "thank you for being so thoughtful and friendly. It really made a difference in my day." It's people like that who make this crazy world better. I hope someone from Walmart sees this and thanks him for being a wonderful employee. :)”
