“Hello, while shopping at this location melody always makes my purchase smooth, with her customer service and knowledge of the products in the store. I definitely would recommend this location.”
“Kind, knowageable staff. Buy local. Support your local vape shop. Nicely located in beautiful downtown Cramerton. Right next a Food Lion and an ABC store. What more do you need?.”
“My car broke down in their parking lot! I went inside to explain & bought some yummy gummies! The gentleman there was so nice and understanding! Amazing prices and products! Definitely give these a try!”
“Friendly staff down side for me there is limited variety since I prefer opus x and a more of luxury cigar. But for typical cigars they have them. I do know a lot of people who do enjoy the establishment and are frequent customers”
“This store is the best. They get cases on cases of the cigars we buy, Delta 9 derived gummies, the largest and most inexpensive collection of disposable vapes, and the proprietor is knowledgeable, nice, and giving. There's a reason I don't stop anywhere else and go out of my way to visit this smoke shop. 5 STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I travel extensively in the southeast.
So many cigar shops but I have to say this prorpiter always offers me a surprise.
I always find an absolute gem in this shop! A cigar that I find nowhere else.
This guy is a Rockstar.”
“This is by far one of the best stores to go to in gaston county in my opinion. All employees have always been so nice to me especially Tammy and Josh. I do miss seeing goose tho because he helped me to pick the right delta 8 products. If u have a bad experience here I just don't comprehend I couldn't imagine these folks not being helpful!! Love all the employees at C&B. You guys are awesome!!”
“the best vape store in gastonia, super sweet staff, great prices and deals and awesome stock thats kept full! i always get a aloe vera drink from the fridge too! thanks guys!”
“Great place I’ve been going to this location for a while now it’s very clean and everyone is super friendly and always know what I want as soon as I walk in. Justin I believe is his name is very helpful answers all my questions and seems very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store he definitely deserves a raise.”
“When I entered the store the ladies were very polite. Hands on “AMAZINg” they helped me with any and everything I needed help with.. the best customer service hands down…”
“First time I visited this place and I will be going back Everytime I need a vape the only place that had my refills in every flavor and great service so nice and professional, and they have a more variety of everything in this store definitely the place to go to!!!! My favorite vape shop now thanks for my strawberry cupcake it's an amazing new flavor love it!!”
“I've been coming to this store since I moved to Charlotte, 10 years ago. I go out of my way to buy from here, because the service is always good, the environment is friendly, and the lovely couple who own the store, are always helpful. They sell a lot of winning lottery tickets as well.”
“Staff was helpful and had some good tunes playing. There is an assortment of goodies including crystals, tapestries, handbags, decorations and more. Love their rewards program.”
“Very good product. A better choice then buying on the street. Nice clean people ! And relaxing ! The most I could say is I wish I had my green dot and that I can pay them with that. But I have bank statements of buying product”
“Its rare nowadays to have a positive customer experience, but everytime I walk into this shop I have been greated immediately and helped as soon as I walk in.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been in retail management and to me this reflects directly upon management and owners. Larger corporations who no longer care about customer service should take a lesson from this store. Good job guys and keep it up.”
