“Great shop, great prices, and TONS of choices. Awesome people working there (Moe is super helpful and incredibly nice)!
Seriously, this place has a high rating for a reason!”
“Harry is a nice and polite guy and I had a great experience coming into the vape store , he was very helpful and let me smell all the fragrance, I would highly recommend this vape store it’s smelled great and very good customer service .”
“McCranie’s is a place you just don’t see everywhere. From the moment I walked in I could tell this was a proper tobacco shop. From the old pipe and cigar memorabilia, to the pipe selection, the humidor, and the in house blends this place just has it. Excellent service as well.”
“The Tinder Box has always been the best cigar spot in Charlotte NC. I've been visiting this location for many years and always impressed with their collection and offerings of cigars and the knowledgeable staff.
The humidor is always stocked, organized, and well maintained with something for everyone from entry level to niche and rare cigars.
I have always felt welcome by owner, those who work there and will continue to support this local establishment hopefully for many more years.”
“Just moved into town and was looking for the best smoke/glass shop in the city. Online recommended this place and I can definitely vouch that it is a fantastic shop! The employee that helped me out, Jerome (If I heard it correctly) was super kind and helpful! the amount of merchandise options is well beyond the other stores I’ve been to in the city. Highly recommend checking them out”
“As far back at the early 90s me and my buds would drive up from sptbg to buy stuff cause wasn't legal in SC. Shopped for 10 yrs or more... now in my 50s I was reminiscing and thought about it... super stoked to see still open”
“Hello, while shopping at this location melody always makes my purchase smooth, with her customer service and knowledge of the products in the store. I definitely would recommend this location.”
“I was actually one of the 1st customers to shop here and the location on Albemarle rd. Very friendly environment and definitely helpful with the tobacco products I need 90 percent of the time.”
“Great product selection and very clean. It’s large for a smoke shop and includes other items outside of that. You will find here clothes and jewelry as well. Managers or shift leaders though need to work on their social skills. I feel very rushed and bombarded if I’m in longer than 10 minutes. Mind you this is a larger store you cant see everything as soon as you enter. The cashiers on the other hand are very nice and will try to get to know you through small talk at checkout and they are the ones keeping me coming back.”
“First time at this place, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the boss himself, who was not only very welcoming but also a true gentleman and cigar connoisseur (the two legged boss was great too lol)
This is already my favorite cigar spot🐾🦴”

“I really like this store. The workers are friendly and the prices are great. And they always have everything stocked up. And if it’s something that you want, they don’t have they will get it.”
“I came in to town about a week ago and decided to visit here while grabbing some food. I'm really big on customer service and I would have to say that sealed the deal for me. Special shout out to the associate Boogie for being well versed when it came to any and every question I may have had. I only went into look and left with a purchase of course lol. Most importantly , I left and told others to check the spot out and they wouldn't be disappointed. There also was another gentleman there who I did not grab his name (ginger hair) who was welcoming as well. The establishment is also clean and organized which was perfect for my OCD. I'll be back in the future !”
“This store is the best. They get cases on cases of the cigars we buy, Delta 9 derived gummies, the largest and most inexpensive collection of disposable vapes, and the proprietor is knowledgeable, nice, and giving. There's a reason I don't stop anywhere else and go out of my way to visit this smoke shop. 5 STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“This place is amazing cheap and friendly I highly recommend coming here. They're the only place I know that do customer appreciate to make me feel loved as a customer”
“First time ever visiting a Charlotte smoke shop; this one reminds me of the shop near my los angeles apartment! Really makes it feel nice and at home. I got two of the best quality vapes ive ever had so far; very happy with the recommendation and the shop itself. Give them a visit when you're in town!”
“The products are top tier and the service is always excellent! Will continue to support this business.
Dasia is always helpful and provides great customer service every time I visit.”
“I can't say enough about the amazing service and product that Jay from Tinderbox South Park location provided me. While we were in Charlotte for the Chris Brown/Usher concert, I saw a lighter set at Tinderbox that I wanted to get my husband for our 28th wedding anniversary. Jay had it sent to me right away and I know my husband is going to love it. Now that is STELLAR service. Thank you Jay...”
“Very good vibes, and lots of anime merchandise. I also noticed a wife variety of flavors, brands and types of products. Neatly organized with small bright sale signs to catch your eye with good deals. Salesman is definitely attentive and blessed.”
“Just saying that Eddie and Josh were awesome and super knowledgeable. Both of them took the time to show me different products and helped me what to decide on based off my questions and what they recommended. 5 stars”
“We love coming here! They are always willing to help you find what you need and greet you with a smile on their faces. And they have a great selection! Shout out Chino for always getting us right!”
“I travel extensively in the southeast.
So many cigar shops but I have to say this prorpiter always offers me a surprise.
I always find an absolute gem in this shop! A cigar that I find nowhere else.
This guy is a Rockstar.”
“Stopped in at Aria to check out vape mods and juice selection , Sarah(not sure on spelling) was very nice and helpful with input on type of mods and flavors very professional and polite. Highly recommend this place!”
“I went to infinity end looking for something for my son and was unsure but with Mason’s help it was a breeze, and I cannot speak highly enough about his helpfulness and patience. From the very beginning, Mason took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and concerns. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident, but what truly set him apart was his unwavering patience.
Mason answered all my questions with clarity and never made me feel rushed, even when I had multiple queries. He was incredibly approachable and always available to assist, ensuring that I felt confident and informed at every step. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.
If you're looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping you, Mason is the person to go to. I highly recommend him for his exceptional service and supportive attitude.”
“Stopped in while in the area to pick up some things really quick. Very nice Hookah Shisha selection. Seller was extremely pleasant and friendly. Will def recommend and will plan to check them out again soon!!”
“My favorite tobacco & vape shop in Charlotte hands down. Prices are within reason, all the staff is informative of the products and friendly. Asthetic inside is very creative and neat, love that…and don’t get me started on variety, I guarantee they got what you’re looking for. If you’re thinking about checking them out, or in the market to try a new shop I’d highly consider ITV ???”

“5 STARS I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT !! The women up there was so sweet and patient and help me find exactly what I needed and the prices are amazing and reasonable, the place is neat, smells good and they are stacked with a bunch of new and amazing products”
“This shop is all positives across the board. They have just about any tobacco product, utensils, lottery, beer, wine, regular drinks for better prices than other shops I've gone to. The people that own and work at the store are all super nice and always make every customer feel appreciated for shopping there. They have keno as well that is always fun to play a few rounds while your there. Strongly recommend this location and business.”
“Great shop, excellent service, amazing staff.
Only flaw is that they dont carry the brand of Kratom that i prefer, Real Botanicals, all of the other brands taste awful.”

“Great experience every time I come in! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection with reasonable prices.
Customer service is definitely one of the best things about this place. They make you feel welcome and treat you like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good smoke shop.”
