Easy app process paperless and online, do it from home before you get there to make it easier, test drove, submitted the app, boom approved! Inspected the car signed papers walked out at 6:15pm. They offer no haggle, fair market value pricing with good value vehicles. Any problems I had were quickly corrected and all promises made were kept. Kind receptionist, sales personnel, sales management, and finance services. I interacted with Jonathan Zirbel, sales manager each time. He was able to show me the invoice for the work done to prepare the vehicles for sale, he explained the Certified Honda warranty information clearly, and he even took time to walk me around and showed me used vehicles available for consideration when other sales personnel were busy helping other customers. Jonathan also helped me to procure a competitive rate for my used car loan. He is out and available on the sales floor and doesn't hide behind a computer screen in a secret back room. “Great to work with. I bought a new 4Runner in January and negotiated what I consider a good deal. In August a tree crushed the vehicle and totaled it. I contacted Jordan Johnson, my salesman for the first purchase, and told him what happened. He found me a new 4Runner coming in to the dealership and gave me the same deal on it saving me time and aggravation on finding and negotiating a new deal. Im very happy with the experience.”

Reading through some of the reviews, I can understand the frustration of discovering surprise issues, but: you must do your homework when buying used cars. He cannot babysit every car on the lot, and just because you discover an issue after buying, does not necessarily mean that the seller was hiding it from you.
Research the car's common problems at that particular mileage, take it for a test drive, note down the symptoms. THEN, decide if you want to buy it.”

“I bought the car with low tire pressure on one tire and it wasn’t cleaned properly. I brought it back 6 days later to get a new tire. They reimbursed me for having the car cleaned as well. Although the problems weren’t fixed before I picked up the vehicle, they made it right. I am happy 9 days in with my new car!!”
