“I can not say enough good things about this place. I took my car to another local car repair shop in Belmont. They called us and told us the repairs would be close to $3000. We were devastated! I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Clements the same day. He informed me that they were booked out about a week to a week and a half before he could take a look at it. I dropped my car off the next morning and explained the issue I was having. They told me that if they had a cancellation or no show they will squeeze my car in and do their best to get it back to me.
YALL! They fixed my car in 2 days for less than $300!!!!! Robert was very honest and helpful and I will never take my car anywhere else. The lady that works at the counter was super helpful as well and super nice. These people are honest, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I am extremely grateful as they saved me thousands of dollars. Highly highly recommend! Thank you Clements!!!!”

“They use quality Aisin Toyota replacement parts for my Toyota Corolla. They also use the correct pink coolant to refill my radiator for the water pump replacement. The only recommendation I have would have is that they should break down the cost of parts, and labor seperately when they do a quote. There is also a seperate environmental fee for the service. They also left my car unsecured overnight with all of the doors in my car unsecured parked outside of the parking lot. Security should be important for all customers cars especially when they are park on the outside of the repair shop. They are busy so you will have to wait a few days for the repairs to be completed. The man I spoke to got upset on the phone when I asked him to break down the cost of parts and labor for the repair.”

“After having to file a claim on behalf of my late fathers toy hauler with Progressive I was shocked to see a total loss appraisal a fraction of what was paid for the 5th wheel just years before. Luckily being in industry I knew what to do, mind you as well, the adjusters knew who I was and should know better. Initially their offer was a measly $5450 I invoked the appraisal clause hired Billy and he was able to get me $12,250 that is more than double their original offer! Let this be a lesson if they will do this to someone in this industry, what do you think they will do to an uneducated person?”
