When my usual pharmacy ran out of my medication and many many calls to other pharmacies, I called Bermuda Run Pharmacy and they saved my day. Very friendly on the phone and didn't hesitate to let me know that they did indeed have my medication. Thank you so much!!

This is a nice-looking, newer facility with a calming, tranquil ambiance. From the emergency entrance to the check-in desk and the Radiology Department, all were kind and professional. I was there to get an MRI, and even before my appointment, the contacts with the department were excellent. Each staff member I spoke to was super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to return calls with answers to my questions and any instructions I needed to be aware of. When I arrived at the Medical Center, I was pleasantly surprised at how calming it was. There were no hectic vibes, and I entered through the Emergency Department entrance! I was greeted with a smile from first stepping in the door, which set my expectations high, and put me in a better mood about being at the hospital.I went through the check-in process quickly with the help of Kristin, and then it took less than 5 mins. to be called back to the Radiology Department. Once back in Radiology, the staff explained the procedure, helped me prepare for the MRI, and ensured I was comfortable. Atrium Health Davie Medical Center in the Radiology Department

When trying to reschedule an INR blood check and having ran out of blood thinner medication for almost a week, this clinic said ‘too bad’ and wouldn’t refill my prescription to cover the week until a new clinic could see me. Unbelievably poor customer service for someone simply trying to stay alive and not have a fatal blood clot, while only needing a very simple medication.
