This is a great place to live in and has great amenities (if you are lucky to use it without being bothered by unprofessional staff). While people like chelsie robinson makes this place great, you will unfortunately meet unbelievably unprofessional staff especially their handy man. Very negative attitude, does his job while giving you side looks, and shows his frustration while doing the requested work. Another shockingly inappropriate and disrespectful behavior is when that same person walked into the gym while i was the only person working out and shuts down the the music on the gym-provided TVs (volume at 23!!!) without any respect to you or even asking if i would mind lowering the volume. Of note, gym has no rules about music volumes (and i would have been cautious if there are other members in the gym) but he decided to come up with his own rules about this and even address it in a blatantly aggressive and disrespectful manner with the community manager standing next to him without speaking a single word. Just few things to consider when you make a decision about moving to comet bermuda!! Your day can go from enjoying it in the gym to having to stress about their disrespectful staff

This place is amazing! The price point is very fair and the accommodations are awesome! Best part about this place is the girls in the office and the manger Megan. So welcoming, professional, and go out of their way for their residents ! I am happy to call the comet home. If you are thinking about becoming a resident do it! I promise you want be disappointed ?

I have lived in several apartments and this is by far my favorite, I love that it is modern with minimal industrial touches. The amenities and staff are top-notch. Megan and Chelsie made the move in process quick and effortless, I appreciate their checklists to keep our application items organized and easy to stay on track for move in day. I feel that this will be my home until I decide to purchase.

Do not consider if you prefer a quiet peaceful space, prefer to not step in pet waste and prefer supportive management. Neighbor upstairs extremely noisy and disrespectful. Defiant to resolution. Management has gaslighting expertise and lack skills to seriously resolve issues. I obviously misunderstood their mission.7/2/2023Let me tell you that management does not take control of aberrant tenants. It’s all about the rental percentage.. If you are loud,ok if you have German Shepards, ok. If you have pit bulls ok. If you have neighbors that do assault and battery, ok. Just PAY your rent. No rules apply.12/31/2022: I just had the best experience with 2 officers that responded in an appropriate amount of time to noise upstairs at Comet Bermuda Run. They were professional and understanding. I think they renewed my faith in law enforcement. I wish I knew their names. They were so professional and honest. Please find out who they are and let them know. Thanks!

I visited this community almost two weeks ago and was greeted with the most positive response. Desiree Smith greeted me with a warm welcome. Although She stated it was Her first day on the job and I was Her first client, everything She did was excellent. She listen to me and was able to get me moved in my apartment in a timely and professional manner. The entire staff was excellent. Everyone was very kind and worked together as a team to get me settled in. I love my apartment. The staff here work very hard to keep the units and grounds in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a great environment to live in.

You get no peace and quiet. Neighbors are loud, rude and have no courtesy of others around them. The walls and flooring are paper thin so that doesn’t help either. Snoring, loud music, dogs constantly barking, and kids running, yelling and screaming is what i heard and dealt with on a daily basis. Couldn’t even relax in peace in my own home.There is also never any parking, and pet waste is out of control. Policies are not regulated, all they’ll do is send out an email that doesn’t solve anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I am so glad I moved.

We have been working with Chelsie remotely to secures an apartment here as my mom is moving from Florida to be near her grandson. She made everything super easy for us, has been very friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable and is always happy to help us. We look forward to moving her into her new place in a few weeks. Hello,As one of Comet Bermuda Run Vendors, I am happy to say the experience in servicing the office staff and residents has been a great experience. On August 2022 Comet Bermuda Run was presented the Trash Butler award for the Best Property of the Month. The competed with many other Properties in the Country to become August Winners. I would recommend anyone looking into their new forever home to go give them a look.

Decent development. Neighbors aren’t the friendliest. Some go out of their way to avoid eye contact, and many are friendlier with their pets than people. Seems to be a certain “cultural” atmosphere. Take from this what you wish. On the flip side, you’ll be left alone and not bothered with getting to know your neighbors if that’s your thing. The apartment manager is nice and seems to be a rational person without bias. As for the construction of the apartments, they are nicely laid out and have attractive features. There is some noise transfer, but nothing outside the norm for apartment living. Parking is VERY competitive.Update- been here for more a few years now. They increased the rent significantly recently. Management had changed and so has staff. They do odd things like send out notices for resident things like food that is available or some type of resident appreciation, but is is day of or maybe the day before max. For the rent they ask now, you can find better elsewhere or even buy a place if your finances/credit is in order. I’m just waiting for me lease to be up.

The place was nice and quiet. Chelsie was very pleasant. She showed me an one bedroom. It had a desk so it would be a great for people who work from home. The apartment was big and has walk in closet. It was an open layout which I love.
