You can shop for groceries, can goods, refrigerated items, sometimes if you are lucky freshly made sausage and livermush. What a treat!! Oh, and fresh seasonal vegetables from pumpkins ? to tomatoes to sweet potatoes ? ?!! Even paper plates and all you need to clean afterwards. “Not really much of a selection but it's a good price for what they do have in stock and I am always finding different things that they get in from week to week, I really don't go enough to give a great review, but the times I have been I have always found a few things I need or can use, so if you have not been you definitely need to go so you can decide for yourself, staff was friendly.”

“I like going in looking around. You never know what you might find. It's not always the same stuff. The only grip I have that it is so aggravating to check out. There is usually only one register open no matter how many people are there. I have seen to many workers come by and turn around and go back to the back. It's like no one wants to run a cash register anymore.”

“This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. All items are only $1.25. They've got great items such as name brand soda, name brand candy and snacks, home essentials, hygiene essentials, crafting, toys and MORE! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. “I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jordyn at the Dollar Tree! I've seen her there before and she is always incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet. Today, she went above and beyond for me. | was picking out balloons for my mom and aunt, and she didn't just ring them up. She helped me choose the colors and created a beautiful balloon bouquet out of them. It turned out amazing and really made my day.
She took time and care with everything, and you can just tell she enjoys helping people and takes pride in what she does. I don't know if she's the manager, but honestly, if she's not she should be! Employees like Jordan are rare. She definitely deserves recognition (and probably a raise too!). Thank you, Jordyn, for making a simple Dollar Tree run feel so special!”

“While I shop at several Dollar General Stores, this one is my favorite. Friendly and helpful employees and always well stocked. Today I needed a battery for my garage door opener but could not take it apart to determine the type of battery. I asked the nice man upfront (sorry that I don't know his name) to help while I picked up a few items. He readily agreed and by the time I finished shopping he had the new battery in it!! I appreciated him doing that more than he will ever know. Great store to visit and stock up.”
“It seems that the Kings Mountain store has more to choose from. Great for paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. Also have garden decor, towels, pillows and limited pet food selection. Good place to take your time and meander through the store. Not a place for clothing unless you want very casual sweat shirts, tank tops, etc. Always enjoy going.”

“Very friendly staff, and nice, clean store! I've gotten to know the employees and I have to say it really burns me up to see some of these reviews complaining about only one register open and shelves not being stocked because you all need to realize they , like every business are given a tight budget for labor! These people work their tails off trying to keep the store clean and stocked while also trying to run register, they aren't allowed to have more than 2 people working at a time most days and some days only allowed one person! So, when you see some of the shelves empty, that's why... When you see an employee outside smoking, that's probably the first break they've gotten in 4 or 5hrs! The two ladies that usually work during the day are constantly running around the store trying so hard to clean and stock and take care of their rude customers that do nothing but fuss and complain about them not standing behind the register all day while at the same time they're complaining about items not in stock! Come on people! Can you be in 2 places at once? These ladies do their best!”

There’s always been fans at the front of the store circulating hot air. Not really able to fully enjoy shopping because it gets so hot .”
