I had issues with my insurance card after transferring my prescriptions from a bigger chain pharmacy and they went out of their way to help me and find the correct information. It was a much less stressful experience than I’ve had at bigger pharmacies. I will definitely be back and I’d recommend this place to any friends and family. They have cute pottery for sale too!”

“I am very thankful and grateful for Melissa Rhoney who helped me and my cousin, Mrs. Betty Harper, this past Saturday, October 12th.
After seeking help to fill a prescription my cousin had for eye drops at numerous other pharmacies, Melissa went the extra step by calling the provider's phone number for after hours & weekends and got a change to the strength of her prescription so that Medical Center Pharmacy could fulfill the medication for her. This kind of genuine care and concern for a customer is lost in today's busy world so I salute this Sweet young Lady Melissa for doing everything in her power to assist us in getting her much needed medication. Although they didn't have it either, same situation, the very kind lady that answered the phone gave me the names of other places to call and I appreciated that so much. Now that's what you call AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If by chance, my regular pharmacy ever is in this situation again, I will definitely call Prescriptions Plus and give them my business! “Great experience! I saw this pharmacy on the way to pick up my daughter and decide to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I just moved here from Raleigh. In Raleigh I always used small pharmacies. Small pharmacies tend to treat you better than a CVS etc would. I saw this place and had to give it a try. I am glad I did. The lady who was working was so sweet, very helpful and extremely quick. I don't live very close to this pharmacy but That will not determine from coming back here with any future prescriptions. The customer service was great and and that Means so much to me. “Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have great prices on medications without insurance. They are the only reason I can afford to get my Siberian husky/wolf mix after she was injured. They are wonderful to work with you and the drive thru makes it very easy.
The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare to get in and out of”

“The staff in both the front of the store and pharmacy are always friendly and super helpful. It's always clean and bright. The only reason for 4 stars is because the store is small and doesn't carry as many different items of other CVS's. The hours they are open are also much shorter than the larger stores. It also has abundant parking, but handicapped parking is on the side of the building and not super close to the door for those that may need them.”
