Moss Drugs is a friendly, neighborhood pharmacy with a hometown feel. It is not a big box store. The staff is very polite, helpful, and will come out from behind the counter to assist. Some front end employees have been there forever and are awesome. The pharmacy can have hard-to-find prescriptions available. However, there are significant criticisms. Some find the current management very judgemental, looking down on customers. A major issue is phone service; callers report being put on hold and never having the phone picked up, even after waiting over 20 minutes multiple times. While some customers are loyal and appreciate the polite staff, others have left due to these problems, noting that the previous high standards for customer care seem to have disappeared.
