“5 STARS!! Exactly what my son needed. He has been playing travel ball with the RAPTORS for a year and i have noticed his swing was falling short compared to rest of his abilities. After just a few weeks of lessons, i seen a drastic Improvement in his skill and also his self confidence. Oscar, Timothy and the rest of staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. The facility provides plenty of cages for practice or lessons and also has pitching machines, weights, bats, gloves, helmets, tees and all necessary equipment. “Once in awhile you run across people and a business that will bend over backwards to help you. And go above and beyond what the norm is. You will find that at The Great Outdoors in cherryville NC. I had a rare Garmin trolling motor issue this week and made a phone call to Jason Jason G Wilson and he told me be there at 9am the next day ! Tyler Beam was already working on it before I could walk around the store to look for him ?! It may be a little of a drive for my local guys but I can promise you won’t find better people with more in a store hunting/fishing wise and boat service than right there ! Go see for yourself!”
“When I went to the store, at this location, they were very helpful, but very short staff. Although the associate was training, another young lady, she handled herself quite well and was able to train and assist Customers. This shows great skills and the ability to multitask. Aside from Hibbett sports not offering a military or first responders discount, which is beyond me, but maybe one day. I love their Selections styles and brands.”
