“Traveling home from the beach with a van full of 6 kids, and start having car problems states away from home. It was very scary, stressful, and overwhelming. I was responsible for everyone and I had absolutely no idea what to do. After going to a gas station, an O'Reilly auto part, and a shop that said they couldn't help me, I ended up at crjs auto. They helped make an already stressful, horrible situation a little easier. They agreed to fix my van even though it was already getting late on a Friday. They opened their shop up to me my friend and the kids, provided snacks for the kids to make them feel more comfortable, and even directed us to park that was close by to help keep the kids entertained. After the finished we did get caught in some rain, and they offered to let us come in and change. I am so thankful for their kindness and compassion, and for getting us back on the road so we could make it home safely. They are wonderful people! I ended up needing soark plugs and a coil, and they completed it in a timely manner.”
