“Went in unannounced to look at a used Ford Edge. Dealt with sales rep John Choken who handled all my questions and concerns. It was nice to talk with him about all our former and current Ford cars and trucks we now have or have owned in the past! We took a test drive in the Edge; I had already done a bunch of research online and knew what I was looking for. Car drove well, it had a few little knicks and stuff but they didn't try to hide anything, as a matter of fact, when we first started it up the battery was dead and they put a brand new one in before I left the lot! Price was reasonable for the vehicle and they even dealt a little bit on the price which is rare these days. Benjamin in the finance/warranty office was a pleasure to deal with also. Former Navy serviceman, polite and professional. Explained my options clearly and concisely. They had an extended warranty that was reasonably priced for what I was looking for and gave me piece of mind. Overall, Montgomery Ford is a small-town dealership I would recommend buying from. Now let's hope the vehicle gives me years of trouble-free driving! Thanks Montgomery Ford of Troy, Great job!”
“Montgomery Ford Service Deptartment was great. I had had an AC company issue on my 2019 Expedition for some time. Had taken it to another Ford Dealership for 5 visits and considerable costs and could not find the issue for a freon leak. Montgomery service tech was able to find solution and fix on the first visit. After being without AC for some time, I was very happy. Montgomery has earned my service for the future. The entire Service Dept was great to work with. Thank you!”
“Nice people, went in for a battery for my truck. Cost for 4 yr warranty was reasonable. The battery was dated 2025 which was expected. Another auto store that was trying to sell me one from 2023 3 yr warranty.”
