“Imagine you're having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. And then you get a flat tire. And then you take your car to the tire place, and they treat you like you're their best friend from third grade. Then they go out of their way during their lunch break to make you realize that not only did they take care of your tires but your mental well-being. These guys Rock. I'll never go anywhere else. And the next time I find a place with bad customer service, I'll have them stop by the tire connection to observe when it's done right. Scotty is the guy who was today's hero.”
