Bed & Biscuit Pet Spa is a caring and loving place for pets. The staff is amazing, very caring, and diligent. They provide boarding and doggy daycare, with options for nature walks and group play. The facilities seem clean and are located outside the city in a mountainous, quieter area. Drop off and pick up are very easy and quick. Pricing is considered reasonable by some, though one reviewer found a specific boarding cost to be steep. They also do great grooming work, helping dogs who were once afraid now look forward to their visit. A few noted cons include that it can at times be difficult to get someone to answer the phone, there are no cameras or video feeds to view pets, and online pictures of boarding rooms are limited. Overall, it is a place where pets are well taken care of, allowing owners to enjoy trips away knowing their pet is safe and sound.
My 5yo black lab stays here fairly often. All of the staff members are awesome! I have total confidence that he is being cared for in the most loving way.

We love taking our pup here! He is always so excited to go, which hasn’t been the case with other boarding places we’ve tried. The staff is so kind and you can tell they really love your pup and care for them.

This place is amazing! I left my Corgi there for 3 weeks while I was recovering from surgery. They sent me regular updates and photos, and he was clearly very happy there.(Not sure he really wanted to come home, to be honest!) This is the only place I will ever use for boarding my little guy. ❤
