I had a great experience at Black Mountain Verizon. Chris is the new owner and he is all about service. He set up my new Apple Watch and filled me in on all the trade-in options for my current phone. He was very patient and helpful as I considered my choices. It was such a pleasant experience, Thank you, Chris!

I just purchased a phone at Russell Verizon in black mountain
I was extremely satisfied with the experience
Kaylee & James were a delight to work with
They went the extra mile to see that I was taken care of
I would highly recommend them if you have need of a new phone

The selection of phones was limited, I did find a good phone at a good price. Staff member was informative but lacked experience as he had to consult several times with the senior staff associate.
Neither associate could transfer my data to new phone and referred me to a repair shop.
I was able to transfer my data by watching a YouTube video. Both associates were nice and helpful, but possibly in need of training on new products.
The wrong screen protector was installed and I am waiting for the correct protector to arrive as it wasn't in stock. The time to purchase my phone was 2 hours and 15 min. I like the phone but the process is very frustrating.

Nice rep but failed to transfer a number, then disappeared. Literally. Came back the next day to finish the job and the doors were locked (during business hours). Left multiple messages with no return. Avoid. Verizon as a group is chaotic at best. Decent signal however.

I have had issues since the phone has been set up. I cannot text and the technician would not help fix the issue. Had to go to Asheville to get help.

On multiple occasions this store has been extremely unhelpful to my wife and I. We've been Verizon customers for over 20 yrs and this store's service is not inline with our overall Verizon experience. They only sell phones. They will not assist with service, device changes, plan changes, or basically any questions. I don't even know why they had a Verizon logo on their store. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere for your Verizon needs.
