“I went in to play 3 lottery numbers and I had never filled out a paper and when I went in I said hello and the 2 ladies that were working were so sweet and the one was very helpful and patient with me. I didn't win on the number but the lady was so nice I felt as tho I won her smiles.”
“I have no idea with the other review is about. I know the owner and he's a simple man, never curses or disrespects customers. If you are causing a problem then that is when he will ask you leave. Despite the outside appearance, its a good store and I always get my gas here.”

“Typical Murphy gas station with lower then surrounding gas station prices, credit card same price as cash, and can take advantage of up to 10 cent discount per gallon with Walmart plus membership. Clean one stall male/female bathroom.”
“Their front sidewalk side grass area could beautified with flowers or just be better kept. Often trash is there and in back area of lot. They need to repave their interior lot and keep it cleaner outside in general. Otherwise great place.”
“Probably one of the best little mini-marts I have ever been in. The best convenience store in Danville Virginia by far. Top-notch service. The employees always care and help you find just what you are looking for. Also, it stays very neat and clean. Ooh and did I mention it is next to a pizza restaurant? I mean it really can’t get any more convenient than that!! Maybe that is why it’s quoted as the best “Convenient” store in town.? I love you Royal Food Mart don’t ever change. ❤️~ don’t forget to check out all the cool gidget and gadgets by the front counter. I think it changes monthly but it never seems to disappoint~”

“Young lady that works there now with the baby is so friendly and helpful. I had went to make a purchase for a friend on something I'm not real familiar with. and she was so much help, and even took back a product that I had gotten wrong at the first time at the store. Lol Great customer service. I love this store I always stop there vs any other stores nearby. Oh they also always have everything I need!”
“This is a gigantic Walgreens. It is a relatively newer store and these newer ones are huge. This one in particular near downtown Danville, Virginia, is exceptionally clean. It did have a fair bit of stocking/boxes of clutter, but it was mostly easy to get around, especially if you do not have a cart. The staff were nice as well. I did not use the pharmacy, so I can't speak on that.
Overall, it's huge, and actually has a great refrigeration section.”

“This is not be a fancy gas station, far from it in fact, but it doesn't need to be. This place is a home where regulars are remembered, I love everyone who works there, and more so love THEIR CHICKEN!!!! When I think of what fried chicken tastes like, it's theirs, and I've been to 29 states and have tried chicken everywhere. I make a joke that I married my wife for her chicken, now I'm making the joke that I'll leave her for Ma Hollins if she ever stops making it ?
Furthermore I live in Raleigh, NC and work in Danville, but when I'm otw home I don't stop anywhere else when I'm hungry. This place is the spot”

“I was on my way to Maryland, I had a flat tire and pulled-up in the parking lot, the guys working at the store were very nice and helpful. They helped me with the flat tire and also offered me a free drink, of-course I paid for it. I will always stop by at the store when traveling thru that area.”
