When I arrived the next morning to proceed with renting a unit, it was busy but they were unfazed! Smiles all around! The facility offers a variety of sizes, conventional as well as climate controlled. It is well maintained, very clear video surveillance, and digital keypads for entry. Highly recommended!”

“It's been good for storing our items. The only issue is mice or rats as we see a lot of droppings. I just feel like more needs to be done as far as pest control around the storage facility. All in all I would recommend them for your storage needs.”

I appreciate her for making the experience as painless as possible! I felt confident in the vehicle, its reliability and the return process all because of her! I hate that I didnt get her name but she works at the Danville Va. office and I came it Friday around 12 to reserve! Pick up Saturday also went well and the drop off process in Jacksonville!
