“Less than 1 year ago we bought a electric recliner sofa from BRF. Right from the start of the sell we have had problems. Both motors failed and they finally sent a tec. To fix the problem. But just days latter we encountered the same issues plus more. For 5 months now we have ask for a new sofa or our money back with no response but they will contact the manufacturer. While holding a 5 year extended warranty bought from them the day of purchase. Communication has been a one way only street. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting no more.* Update : The store manager contacted us and we discussed all of the options available. Thank you for fixing the problem.”

“Love shopping here, customer service is wonderful and the employees are great. The one thing I will say is that checking out took FOREVER, a square and a barcode scanner would be very helpful for how busy it gets - it would help the customers and the nice people who work there. Safer, more secure, and probably easier for inventory purposes. Any business with an outdated POS system is risky for customers and the owners.”

The staff was fantastic. I worked with Melissa, and she was able to make spot on suggestions based on what I liked. The owner was also really helpful. I never felt pushed into buying anything and I had a good time shopping.”

We didn't really need anything but my wife purchased a funny greeting card that she liked. Definitely a unique store with mountain kitsch and crafts.”
