UPDATE 12/26: Instead of having nothing good to say, I now have somewhat positive comments. During an inquiry about whether my account was still "on hold", the branch manager, Gannon, got on the line to offer assistance and to ask about this review. After a rather long explanation for the 1-Star rating, he said that my account was never 'on-hold', but nevertheless, he apologized for the confusion and stated that gas delivery was now on the schedule (as it turned out, the gas truck showed up about 2 hours later). He also suggested that if we had any more issues, to contact him directly.
So, now my rating has gone up because of the local manager being so willing to make things right.
(Note: I only went to 4-Stars because someone in that office - other than the manager - had told me our account was on-hold).”
