“Our daughter lived at 120 Faculty St for 3 years. The location was literally on the edge of campus, hence the name Campus Point Apartments. Holton Mt Rentals was fantastic. A family run operation that takes pride in having safe and clean places for students to live. They were so attentive to minor maintenance requests. They changed out the refrigerator one Fall without being asked. The next year, our girls got a brand new washing machine and dryer. Someone in the office is always available to talk, usually picking up on the first ring. I cannot say enough about the quality of accommodation, care for their tenants plus the excellent customer service the Holton Mountain Family offers. I highly recommend using them for your student at Appalachian State.”
