“Studio West is an excellent place to live. Two years ago I was coming into App State as a transfer junior in desperate need of finding somewhere to live and I found Studio West and from the first time I toured the property with Preston I knew I wanted to stay here. I stayed here for two years and it truly was sad to move out due to the great experience it has been. The amenities are great pool and workout facilities. Not to mention the apartments are furnished which makes it very ideal. Definitely could potentially be staying at Studio West again in the future. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to live alone in a great and safe location.”

“Super easy to work with. Thier billing system is easy as well. The only constructive feedback I would have is if we could pay for more than 2 months of rent at a time. Everyone has always been so friendly and walked us through everything though.”

“I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been amazing! The staff are so kind, and maintenance truly cares and takes the time to talk to you. The apartments are newly constructed and reasonably priced given the location and new build. It is a more quiet community, mainly older students and working adults. The bus route is easily accessible from the entrance! I have nothing but good things to say about Skyline Terrace!”

“I lived at Turtle Creek West for almost 2 years and overall enjoyed my experience. We had multiple small issues in the apartment that we had to call maintenance for but they always came in quickly and took care of us. The price I feel is the best bang for your buck in Boone. The Kuester Offices always respond and are very friendly. The only big issue I had was internet speed but as of January 2018 they have took care of that issue. Great apartment complex, friendly staff and fast internet. Do hope in the future they take care of picking up dog poop and keep the outside apartment a little cleaner.”

“The highlands have been a sweet place to live as an App State student! I have felt connected to the community of students around me and always enjoy chatting to classmates in the bus on the way to class. The amenities here are nice and I have used the basketball court and swimming pool often! I even had some friends over for a ping pong & pool tournament which was epic. The four bedroom feels spacious and comfortable. The maintenance always responded so quickly and I never felt in danger. I always knew I could receive help if I asked and I have good experiences with the staff! Well run and maintained, the staff are very vigilant and helpful! Great student apartment and I will miss living here! Thanks to the University Highlands Staff!”

“I lived with Holton around 4-5 years ago and they were my first landlord in Boone. I wasn't aware how amazing I had it with Holton until I switched to other landlords in town. I have lived with a different landlord every year in attempt to find one I liked and I plan to return to Holton after going through four other rental companies. These other companies in town are scamming you, or do not take care of their properties, or both! Holton is the only one that is consistently cleaned between tenants, updated regularly, and their office staff is the nicest in town BY FAR (may be tied with App South for nicest office staff). I also have had a few rental companies that were VERY nosy, and I mean coming into my bedroom while I am in the bathroom in the shower. As a young professional woman, it is imperative to have a SAFE and CLEAN place to live and I feel that Holton is the only group in town that does both.”
