“Not enough parking! Friends and families cars will be towed. The apartments are ok but they built so many units (to make more money) they didn't allow enough land for parking lots. Great place to live if you don't have any friends or family.”

University Highlands offers furnished apartments, helpful staff (thank you Sharon and team!), well-organized selection process, competitive market pricing, responsive to maintenance requests, ample onsite parking, good proximity to campus and amenities, and so much more. Highly recommended, particularly for out-of-state parents who's children select App State for their higher education. Thank you, University Highlands!”

Overall, it is an inexpensive and solid place to live as an App State student or anyone else who is looking for an apartment in the Boone Area.”
“I lived with Holton around 4-5 years ago and they were my first landlord in Boone. I wasn't aware how amazing I had it with Holton until I switched to other landlords in town. I have lived with a different landlord every year in attempt to find one I liked and I plan to return to Holton after going through four other rental companies. These other companies in town are scamming you, or do not take care of their properties, or both! Holton is the only one that is consistently cleaned between tenants, updated regularly, and their office staff is the nicest in town BY FAR (may be tied with App South for nicest office staff). I also have had a few rental companies that were VERY nosy, and I mean coming into my bedroom while I am in the bathroom in the shower. As a young professional woman, it is imperative to have a SAFE and CLEAN place to live and I feel that Holton is the only group in town that does both.”

“Studio West is an excellent place to live.
Two years ago I was coming into
App State as a transfer junior in desperate need of finding somewhere to live and I found
Studio West and from the first time I toured the property with Preston I knew I wanted to stay here. I stayed here for two years and it truly was sad to move out due to the great experience it has been. The amenities are great pool and workout facilities. Not to mention the apartments are furnished which makes it very ideal. Definitely could potentially be staying at Studio West again in the future. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to live alone in a great and safe location.”
