This is the BEST place to live in Boone. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have loved it. The amenities are unmatched and the staff has always been nice and friendly. The maintenance people are phenomenal and usually respond to my requests within the hour. I cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend...

I have lived here for two years now and it has been a great experience. The office people have been nothing but nice and understanding. This place is super affordable, has buses coming to and from campus constantly, guest parking, and so many other benefits. I would definitely recommend university highlands.
