Our van suddenly started having a squeaking noise that was definitely our serpentine belt when we were coming through town late at night, on a road trip, the day after Christmas. This guy checked and verified it, assured us we were good to get where we were going, and had a quick fix for the squeak. If I lived in Boone, I’d definitely go to him, and if I ever have trouble again when I’m the area, I know what to do!”

“Just recently bought a 2026 Jeep Compass Latitude Altitude from them on 12/29/25. The sales manager Chase & my sales associate Jayden were very helpful, honest & knew how to do their jobs well. As a customer & a fellow auto tech, the name of the game is to make a sale but still treat the customer like they are important to the dealership which they passed with flying colors. It was a cash deal so there wasn't a ton of paperwork but still the sales department handled every aspect in a timely, blunt & professional way. Will definitely buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future”

“I was visiting Banner Elk when my 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet started running badly. My plans were to continue back another 1300 miles to CT. Geoff's Swedish Werke shop was right down the road from where I broke down.
Geoff dropped everything and immediately started diagnosing and working on my truck. He was professional, thorough, and courteous. One of my fuel injector plugs and coil packs needed replacement. Parts were ordered for the following day, he dropped me off at my Air B and B, and my truck was finished the next day around lunch as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Geoff and his services and will continue to use his shop for repairs when I move to the area. It is obvious his passion for cars with the array of old fixer uppers scattered around the property - a true mechanic at heart ?!”

“Bill’s Garage saved the day for me! My vehicle needed to be towed after hours on a weekend and they came within 15 minutes and didn’t charge me until I picked it up. They were a little busy, but able to service my vehicle the next day. Sabrina was wonderful and communicated with me every step of the way. They didn’t try to charge me anything extra and even helped out a little on the price so I could get to work on time. Bill’s Garage has very reasonable prices.
