We were in Boone on vacation for the 4th of July when we saw I had a nail in my tire. Mr. Tire quickly took care of us and even let us know about a potential issue we should fix when home. They didn’t push the up sale. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were super friendly and it was an excellent experience!!!

Front desk person was much more engaging than previous visits. She acted like she cared about my issue. I use to hate going here due to lack of a caring attitude. Before they just wanted to sell more services and really didn’t explain things or keep up to date on the progress of your service. Much better visit this... read full comment
