I now understand why Truist has a less than stellar star rateing. Tellers are great! Those in the office qualify for retraining! I have been a customer of BB&T/Truist for 15 years, have both checking, CD"s and safe deposit box. I can NOT get simple questions or problems answered or rectified. Today was another day of callingTruist and getting a recording telling me that no one could take my call. I believe that answering the phone should be at the top of priorities for a bank.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
