The branch manager, Alexander, helped me open an estate account as an executor, but more than that, he went above and beyond and made other aspects super easy and was very kind. He is A+. This is also the first time I've ever had a bank offer to create a debit card or print checks for me on the spot as most bank branches either can't or won't. I've banked at multiple banks in multiple cities over the years for both business and personal, including two others in Boone. This is the best so far.”

“I had been anxious about opening up a credit card but went into WF to deposit cash and they were so understanding and set me up with a consultant right away! Lauren helped me through the entire process and was so patient with all of my questions! He was so supportive, helpful, and kind. He even signed up to run in a fundraiser I was working on at the time! I went back to the bank a few days ago and was delighted to see him again.
