Michael in the paint department helped me find the perfect stain for our deck. He even tested it out for us on some scrap wood we brought so I wouldn't have to waste extra time testing at home. I was very impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable and nice he was! Lowe's is lucky to have Michael!

Not very friendly or helpful staff! It seems every time I go into a Lowe’s they don’t have time to help me. I recommend tractor supply ! They have WAY more for better prices and better friendly staff!

This is the worse customer service retail business chain. I dread going here. In the past 2 years I’ve bought over $20k worth of building materials from them and it just gets worse.
Today I bought 2 dozen pavers for $9 each. The employees helping me had horrible attitudes. After loading 8 pavers in my car they told me that’s all they had. Then why are you selling me 24?! When I get home, 3 of the 8 were cracked. I had to go to customer service for credit on 16 out of stock and tomorrow I have to go again to return 3.

I'm a regular customer of the Boone, NC Lowes and have purchased most of my building materials for my small hunting cabin through them over the past two years. Brian and Anthony in the delivery department are really the best and today they were able to get my delivery moved up by three days so that I had my materials on site when I needed them. These guys took the time to come up with a solution to a problem and then implemented it. I truly appreciate it guys!

Tried to buy a sander, which was locked in a cabinet. Tool section had no one in it. Spoke to three reps all said they would come and open the cabinet. Waited over 20 min and no one ever showed up .

I had to wait along with 9 other people at the returns desk for 2 different customers who were having issues I guess. They really should have called a manger to assist. Otherwise the trip was fine. Also I prefer the Lowe's in Banner Elk.
