A few years ago this would have been 4-5 stars. Today it is 3. Mainly because our rent has went up a total of over $600 within the past 4 years. We have got very little to speak of for new amenities. It's not supposed to be student housing but is getting more full of students.

We just drove through but it looks to be very well maintained and clean looking from the outside.

Not enough parking! Friends and families cars will be towed. The apartments are ok but they built so many units (to make more money) they didn't allow enough land for parking lots. Great place to live if you don't have any friends or family.
