“Very friendly and fast service! I had a tire blow on a road trip. I was able to get the spare on and bring it here. They had me back on the road with a new tire in no time!”
“My girlfriend’s car needed work done they were super helpful, charged an incredibly fair rate, and were very quick. Best mechanic in boone and possibly NC.”
“I received phenomenal customer service and pricing is fair and reasonable. I have frequented them for 15+ years and they have always come through for me. Good service and good people.”
“I highly recommend Idol's Tire as they are honest and they were willing to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue I was having. I had already tried other mechanics and really felt dismissed, but Idol's listened to my concerns, frustrations, and suggestions and ended up fixing the issue for me. The work they did was reasonable in price as well.”
“Thank you to Tylor and the front desk staff for being so amazing to us. We were from Iowa when our breaks and rotors decided to cause issues coming into NC. We found you by chance because our hotel was at the Laquinta.
Thank you for taking our car in, getting it fixed the next day so we can be in our cabin for a wedding in Purlear on time.
It has been driving beautifully since and we really appreciated the customer service we had received and the amazing job you did on our car with the care, detail and professionalism we received. I felt our car was safe in your hands.
We were able to reach our destination safely thanks to your care and attention so quickly.
I highly trust these guys and would very highly recommend !!!”
“This place is great now that they got that other manager out of there.. mark, the new manger is not a rip off like the other lady did. I felt they were being honest with me and I will be bringing my services back here”

“This is the easiest 5 star review I've ever written. When shopping around for new tires for my 2021 Nissan Frontier a friend suggested taking it to Alray. I called them and got a terrific price for the tires. They even called me several days early stating that they got a cancellation and could get me in early. When I checked out the final price was actually around $90.00 cheaper than what they quoted me. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the folks at Alray. It will be the go to for any work that needs to be done on my truck. Kudos to the entire team at Alray.”
