How can you just decide to stop delivering mail to student housing when your entire job is to deliver mail to people? Without any warning to the residents or the buildings too. Thank you so much Dean Sierra, Harlen Greene, and Christy Baldwin for not wanting to do your jobs.

Randomly decided to not deliver mail to all student apartments in Boone. Dean Sierra, Harlen Greene, and Christy Baldwin you are lazy for this. Treating us like second-class citizens. Shame on you.

Absolute garbage. Never get packages and if I do, they arrive MONTHS late. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. I’m not even a Karen but it gets old quick when you don’t get your stuff until June that you ordered in November.
