Road has been deemed too "unsafe" to deliver packages to residences, although the carrier drives a truck with 4WD while I drive a sports car with 2WD and have zero issues. This person is just too lazy to drive down the road, so I have to find time to pick them up from the post office. Before they decided my road was too unsafe to travel down, packages were left on top of cluster mailboxes which are directly on the side of the highway, including when it rained.

How can you just decide to stop delivering mail to student housing when your entire job is to deliver mail to people? Without any warning to the residents or the buildings too. Thank you so much Dean Sierra, Harlen Greene, and Christy Baldwin for not wanting to do your jobs.

Absolute garbage. Never get packages and if I do, they arrive MONTHS late. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. I’m not even a Karen but it gets old quick when you don’t get your stuff until June that you ordered in November.

I walked in and one guy was standing there. No sounds in the building but the rolling of boxes. I asked the guy if they knew he was there. He says yeah they’re looking for something. So I guess it’s all post officers on deck to casually and unhurriedly rummage around in back for one guy’s package. Ridiculous.

The nicest employees ever. I ship 4-5 packages a day and all of them are so nice. People leave bad reviews because they think their robots. Such nice people. Always helpful. Treat them like humans not your packages computers.

The overwhelming majority of employees I saw, including some at the registers, were not wearing masks. When I pointed this out, nothing was done about it and the unmasked employee served someone else rather than actually put on a mask. They also claimed no package arrived, even though I got an email that something I ordered arrived at the office. I suspect this was because they were mad I told them to wear the mask over the nose. I even pointed out that as a federal employees there is a mandate. They did nothing but roll their eyes and serve other customers instead. This is NOT the first time I have had bad experiences with them refusing to wear masks. I hate this place and desperately wish I could get my mail delivered somewhere else.

I have had 3 packages in the last month not arrive to my apartment due to an "Insufficient" address when the address provided was in fact not insufficient. and no help with getting info on my packages. Very lazy employees, and whoever the driver is delivering mail/packages needs to be fired.

So I receive monthly checks from my rental unit, for the past three months checks postmarked the 1st have arrive 28/30th. The rental house is in the same county. Not sure what’s going on but I think the postman has stopped coming by my house? I placed a letter in the mailbox with the flag up, went to visit family, and a week later I had no mail and my letter had not been picked up yet. Neighbors have similar issues

If I could give a worse rating, I would. I’m fully convinced at this point that the post office does not deliver to my apartment anymore. Horrible customer service, and no help on trying to find packages that are over a week late, yet have already arrived to their facility.

I am at my wit's end with the Boone Post Office. I have a PO Box because home delivery was so unreliable. I was always receiving other people's mail - or none at all. Today my insurer called to say two important documents had been returned as undeliverable / unable to forward. Also, in February, our investment house called to say someone had tried to hack into our online account information. That was at the same time we were supposed to receive tax documentation - which never appeared. If you want to miss out on important mail, have your identity stolen, or your credit score bashed - use the Boone Post Office on Blowing Rock Road.Really? 3 out of 4 postals workers wearing no masks? December 7, 2020. Sadly, Yes. I let others go ahead of me to deal with the one person - a lovely woman - who was wearing a mask.
