The mail man delivering to 475 blowing rock rd on Thursday left me a key on two different occasions to a parcel locker and when I open it I have the wrong package, my package gets locked in someone else's locker, we own a business and these packages are business supplies we need. Stop being stupid

Constantly having issues with this specific USPS, I have had 4 packages lost in transit within the last 6 months now because all packages are piled on top/around the mailbox for absolutely anyone to grab instead of being brought to the door or put in the lockbox (Forest Edge Townhomes). I havent had any issues with any other courier besides USPS and would really appreciate it if management could deal with this.

The lady who delivers (?) to the Pine Swamp area in Ashe is a lazy, rude, lying creature. The mail in our area goes through Boone. You can forget trying to call to complain. They won't answer the phone no matter how many times you call. Neighbors have gone into the post office to complain. I dropped a two page typed complaint off and did not even receive a phone call. We do not currently have a post office in Fleetwood due to Helene. We have to drive to Todd which is a 45 minute to an hour round trip. They are currently working on Cranberry Springs Road which means the drive is even longer. My driveway is less than a one minute drive from our boxes and this lazy, rude person will not even drive and place packages at the end of my driveway. The milage barely registers on mt car. That's how short a distance it is. Many Neighbors have had packages stolen because she leaves them on top of the boxes. We live in a very rural area where it is easy to steal from the boxes nevermind when packages are on top of the mailboxes. Post office regulations state carriers must deliver to homes within half a mile of the mailboxes. But, this lazy person doesn't and the post master in Boone doesn't do anything about it. This is the WORST postal service I have ever experienced and I have lived in six states and three countries. It didn't just get bad since Helene. I've lived here 20 years. It has gone from bad to despicable. The postmaster and carrier both should be fired.

Very disappointed of Boone USPS delivery service. When you put the address for your packages to be delivered to and it says delivered, but where are the packages. I don't like when they put them in someone's else's mailbox or they keep the packages for themselves and don't tell anyone that they still packages from people because they look like very expensive stuff inside. No wonder I hate America.

This post office is horrible. Counter is not properly staffed and no sense of urgency to get customers processed. You mail a first class letter, it takes a week to get to its destination vs. the normal 2 days.

It can take 20 mins to get a human being to talk to and several times now I have had to pick up packages from the office because someone put in the system that I requested this when I did not!

The ladies who pick up the phone need some training in customer service. They display a very rude and unprofessional attitude on the phone.

Lost a big package my grandma sent me :(
She did priority mail and they scanned it in with a picture so they could meet the two day delivery, but no one ever received it and it’s lost. They should not have scanned it and if they never received anything.

Really? My mailbox was too full to deliver a 4ftx3ft package? Weird.
I have lived all over the country and this is by far the worst post office. I saw a contractor with a box strapped to the roof of his subaru the other day.

This post office SUCKS! Lost my package after I came in and signed a piece of paper saying they’d keep it as soon as it got there. Dealt with the most incompetent man at the front ever, then some rude lady who must’ve been “above” him but not much better. So rude and worst experience ever, no empathy, accountability or care in the world.

Don't have a problem with the local post office. Have a problem with the 800 number to call and find out where my package was delivered. Says it was delivered to my front door, but it wasn't. Wanted to talk locally to someone that actually knows the area. Not to wait for the 800 agent to answer my call with a 50 minute wait. My time is just as valuable as everyone else. Guess I will have to go to post office and hope it wasn't delivered to someone else in my apt complex. If so, I will never see my expensive purchase. Just Great!!!
