“This is not the best Ollie's I have been to. They seem to be overstocked on some items and have very limited stock on other items. It's an ok place to browse and see what you can find, but if you are looking for something specific, I would go elsewhere. I bought those as seen on TV screens for your door, and mine fell apart with 24 hours of putting them up.”
“Very clean store,helpful staff didn't find what I was looking for but did find some good buys but if you're looking for clothes they don't have very many items past size large.however I did find my niece a nice jacket .but they don't have the tool I was looking for it is called a crab cracker,any ideal where to find one of those in Rutherford county North Carolina, Walmart doesn't even have them ( were talking about pick up today not wait on shipping) Really ?”

“For what it is, it is worth the drive. You do have to check expiration dates on certain things but it's not a deterent to go. Also keep in mind the selection may change as well. They have trucks come during certain days that deliver stuff like meat, and veggies that people wait for. I definitely appreciate the value it brings. Not just for me for the families I like to help and community. Food is expensive now days and this place is definitely the place to go.”
“Went in tonight looking for 2 specific things and walked out with way more than I had came in for. ( Didn't find what I wanted but am happy with what I did.) This DG is the BEST one I have been in in YEARS! Very clean & organized!!! Loads of cute home decor items. Store layout is functional also. DG is definitely doing well with this store. “Like others say it’s completely unorganized and smells like something died in there. With that said I went in, quickly found what I was looking for somewhat easily because it was the only thing stocked on the entire aisle. Hadn’t seen an employee yet so I wondered if they even knew I was there as I went towards the register. I was only at the register a second and the cute employee showed up out of nowhere. Again she was very nice and cute and I didn’t have to wait so she gets five stars. Hit me up girl :)”
“Decent Dollar General with a fairly organized store and friendly service. Most of the items I was looking for were easy to find, and the staff was helpful. The store could be a little cleaner and better stocked in some areas, but overall it's a convenient place to shop.”

“I love the HWY 64 Rutherfordton store. Always clean. Stock is put up so no boxes of merchandise piled in the aisles Always get a hello when entering the store. I was looking for a sewing kit. Employee told me exactly where to find it.”
“FRIENDLY, very nice and helpful. ALWAYS helping me, I have Back issues and they always help load and carry out my things to car if I need. I'm sorry I can't remember the girls name that cashiered last Thursday, but she was greatI had about $250. Of items I purchased, she helped load the app for $ general between checking out my purchases, bagged light enough for me to carry at home, placed the items in another buggy for me and took the buggy to my car. James is always so helpful as well. He does the same for me. And returns the buggy for me. Couldn't ask for nicer people.”
“This store has all the things needed for a local mom and pop country store , smiles when you enter, a if you need help just ask, to can I help you to your car , yet it's a morden ,up to date , fully stocked. variety and grocery store, I was confused as to which direction my destination was, stopped to ask directions, and was helped and greeted like a long lost cousin , this is not only a great store ,you get an uplifting in your spirit to boot I highly recommend!”
