“I pulled in on the side of the store today. I needed my propane tanks filled. There was a man loading a truck at the bay door. I asked how to go about getting propane. He told me he’d find me some help. But he couldn’t find anyone to help me so he stopped loading and came to help me. He unloaded my tanks, filled them, and reloaded them into my car. He was beyond kind and I was thankful!! His name is Brook. Thank you sir for your incredible customer service!!”

“I generally dislike Lowe's anyway, as they are far less maintained and inventoried than the other big box store... This store was okay on that front actually, but I did discover something new I dislike about Lowe's; there's no cutting station, and they don't even sell trim by the foot like HD does”

Chris the store manager is also so friendly and helpful. He is ALWAYS doing the work of others it seems. He leads by example by seeing that the job gets done. Can’t find managers these days that are willing to get their hands dirty and get in there with employees to complete a job.”
